Questions, answered

How long does concrete raising take?

Most residential jobs (driveways, sidewalks, patios) are completed in a single visit — usually 2 to 4 hours including cleanup. The lifting material cures fast, so you can drive on it the same day.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the slab and how much lift is needed. We give you a firm written price after the free on-site estimate. As a rule of thumb, concrete raising runs 50-70% less than full tear-out and replacement.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes. We come out, measure the drop, identify the cause, and provide a written estimate at no cost and with no obligation to buy.

How is what you do different from mudjacking?

Mudjacking is the broader term for the technique. Our process uses modern lifting materials in tight-control injection — faster cure, smaller injection holes, and a cleaner finish than older slurry-based mudjacking. The result is the same: your concrete back at grade, for far less than replacement.

Will the lifted area look patched?

We drill small ports and patch them with color-matched concrete. From a few feet away the patches are nearly invisible, and the slab itself looks the same — just back at the right level.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?

It covers the stability of the lifted areas for five years from the job date. If a section we raised settles again within that window, we lift it again at no cost. The warranty is in writing on every job and transfers if you sell the property.
